Online Account Your Online Account In order to purchase items form our online store, you will need to set up an online
account. You can set up an account prior to shopping or after you have added items to your cart and are ready to checkout.
Creating an account is a simple process that begins with providing your email address and a password to access your personal
account.Only fields flagged with a red asterisk (*) must be filled out when you save your online account.
Your email address will become your login. For security purposes, we suggest that you use a password containing
numbers and letters and avoid the use of dictionary words.
You do not need to store your credit card information but you will need to provide it when you finalize your
purchase.For security reasons, we do not have access to your online account. If you wish to change any of your information,
please log on to our website account page to edit and save your personal information.

";Send"; and your password will be automatically emailed to you.
If you wish to change your password, log into your account and select ";Edit Profile"; at the top of the page.
You will then be directed to a page where you can change your account information including your password. Click here to log into your

shipping, billing and credit card information. Log into your account , select "Edit" for modifying your billing address on file
or "Delete" to remove a pre-existing shipping address. Alternatively, select ";Edit Profile"; to make more editing choices including
changing your name, phone number and credit card number if you elect to store one with your account. Return to top Order Processing and Backorders We make every effort to process your order in a timely manner, usually
within 24-48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed. If an item is back ordered, we will
process the item(s) we have and ship them. When we do process your order, you will be notified in an email which items
have been sent and what items have been back ordered. When we receive back ordered stock, we will ship them to you as soon as possible.
You will be charged a one time shipping charge for your order.
Due to campus closures for academic holidays and other holidays, we may not be able to process your order right away.

Order History Wondering where your order is? You can log in to your account to
view your order history to see if it has been processed or if it is still pending. You can also view previous orders. To view your Order
