Coursebook/Reader
Return Dates and Information:
- Readers are
not returnable.
- No refunds
without the cash register receipt.
- New coursebooks
must be in new condition, subject to approval by refund staff. No writing,
dirt, highlighting, creases, stains, bent or worn corners, or other damage.
Keep your new books in new condition.

Defective Books:
Defective books should be returned for replacement immediately.
General Books:
Reference and general reading books are eligible for a full refund on a 24-hour
basis from time of purchase if accompanied by a valid cash register receipt and
if they are in resalable new condition. Special orders are nonrefundable.
