Our shipping tables are based on the dollar amount of your purchase, the
method of delivery and the destination.
We do not ship textbooks or graduation regalia. You may
purchase these items online but they are for pickup only. You must select
the "Pickup" option at check out. If we receive an order with
shipping indicated for these items, we will automatically process them
as "Pickup".
Pickup
Anything
noted with a Pickup as method of delivery is available for
pickup at the Bay Tree Bookstore. The item(s) will not be
shipped.
If
we have made an error with your order (for example, wrong item or size)
we will pay all shipping charges to rectify the error. We will credit your
card for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us or we might issue a
call tag to pick up the order. The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
If you have made an error or experience
a change of heart, you must pay for any shipping charges incurred in returning
your order. This includes clothing exchanges for size.
If
you are purchasing items that are sold as "Pickup Only" (such as textbooks or graduation regalia)
as the delivery method, your order will be fully processed and your card
charged even though you are picking up the items. We will process your order
prior to your arrival in the store in order to speed up the process and
to keep you from waiting in line.
