Bay Tree Campus Store Return Policy



Electronic Item Return Policy:

Bay Tree Campus Store will accept returns for electronic items within (15) days of purchase. Electronic returns must be unopened and the customer must have the original receipt. If the item is opened, it cannot be returned unless the item was defective out of the box. Bay Tree reserves the right to deny any return that they deem ineligible. Please bring items to Computers & Electronics on the second floor of the Bay Tree Campus Store. If the item was shipped, please contact compsale@ucsc.edu to initiate a return.

Apple Gift Cards and App Store Gift Cards are non-returnable once purchased and activated by the cashier.

Policy for Other Items:

Bay Tree Campus Store will accept returns for all other items within (30) days of purchase. These items must be in perfect condition and the customer must have the original receipt. If the item is damaged or the tags are missing, it cannot be returned. Bay Tree reserves the right to deny any return that they deem ineligible. Please bring items to Customer Service on the first floor of the Bay Tree Campus Store. If the item was shipped, please contact slugbuy@ucsc.edu to initiate a return.
