Processing Times

• Processing varies by department. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons, promotional and special events. We try our best, but ordering an item doesn’t guarantee it will ship. Sometimes products sell out or are found unsuitable to be shipped. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this may cause.

Apparel & Accessories

• Apparel & Accessories processing times vary by season. If an item sells out before your order can be fulfilled, the item will be canceled off your order. You will only be charged for what ships when it ships.

Computers

• Call for processing times (831) 459-5387. International Shipping not available for computer products.

Pickup at Bay Tree Campus Store

• Please note: Orders placed for pickup will be available at the Bay Tree Campus Store. The item(s) will not be shipped.
• Applicable California sales tax applies to all pickup orders

P.O. Box Shipping

• The Bay Tree Campus Store ships online orders through FedEx only. Because FedEx delivery requires a valid physical street address, we do not ship to P.O. boxes off-campus.
• Please enter a complete street address at checkout. Orders submitted with a P.O. box address may be delayed or canceled. For campus orders, please use a valid delivery address or select Store Pickup when available.
